    No one answers the phone, it takes 30+ minutes on hold, you go Q12 to Q14 ten minutes later. They tell you you must be home for repair, you take off work and no one shows up, after another phone call your told they will be there 5 days later already a total of 10 no service, yet another appointment and another no show and still holding to speak to a person. If you are the only cable company an one would think you would have enough help to properly run a company. Worst serviceever. More...
